Presentation The DRY PLUS series Dry Transformers with vacuum-cast epoxy resin encapsulated coils, manufactured in power ratings from 112.5kVA to 10MVA, are recommended for applications in substations in industrial facilities, shopping centers, data centers, and hospitals that require practicality, safety, performance, and reliability for critical loads. They are compact and suitable for applications with non-linear loads and harmonic distortions. Manufactured with advanced technology, meeting ABNT standard requirements, produced with modern equipment, employing certified materials and production processes, and guaranteed by ISO 9001:2015. The application of DRY PLUS Dry Transformers results in increased safety and economy, and they can be installed near the load center, reducing expenses on low-voltage cables and increasing installation efficiency. They also eliminate costs for other items such as explosion-proof walls, fire doors, drains for insulating liquid collection, and containment barriers, etc.

Construction Core made of grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with Step-lap cut, ensuring reduced losses and noise level. HV and LV coils made with high-purity aluminum conductors and continuous winding, minimizing mechanical stresses, encapsulated in epoxy resin under high vacuum, thus eliminating the presence of microbubbles and minimizing the partial discharge index. All transformers are tested according to standard ABNT NBR 5356-11 and shipped with their respective test reports.
