Presentation Dry transformers with vacuum-impregnated epoxy resin cast coils, from the DRY SOLAR series, manufactured in power ratings from 500 to 5000kVA, in voltage classes of 15.0, 24.2, and 36.2kV, are specifically designed for photovoltaic solar inverter applications, capable of withstanding loads with harmonic distortion, supplied with optional electrostatic shielding and double secondary winding. Manufactured with advanced technology, meeting ABNT-NBR standard requirements, produced with modern equipment, employing certified materials and production processes guaranteed by ISO 9001:2015.

Construction Core manufactured from grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, step-lap cut type, with reduced magnetic flux, decreasing losses and noise level. The HV and LV windings are manufactured with high purity aluminum strip conductors and low current density in a continuous winding, reducing mechanical stresses. The LV windings are impregnated type, and the HV windings are encapsulated in epoxy resin under high vacuum, thus eliminating the presence of microbubbles, minimizing the partial discharge index. All Transformers are duly tested according to standard ABNT NBR 5356-11 and shipped with their respective test reports.
