Oil-immersed distribution and power transformers, using mineral or biodegradable vegetable oil, with power ratings up to 3MVA and voltage classes up to 36.2kV, capable of meeting the most varied specifications, including special assemblies or dimensions. The materials and manufacturing processes comply with ABNT-NBR and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Combined with a highly qualified team of collaborators, we guarantee our equipment for two years against manufacturing defects.

Construction The cores are built with step-lap cut grain-oriented silicon steel laminations, increasing assembly yield. The H.V. (high voltage) and L.V. (low voltage) windings are made of aluminum or electrolytic copper and insulated with fully de-humidified papers impregnated with varnish. The tanks are constructed of carbon steel, with surface treatment by abrasive blasting, anticorrosive protection with primer application, and final painting using a pouring system. Drying of the active parts in an oven, sealing of the tanks performed under high vacuum, ensuring freedom from moisture inside the equipment and increasing its durability. All Transformers are subjected to the routine tests required by the ABNT-NBR 5356 standard.
