Presentation Dry Transformers with vacuum-encapsulated coils in epoxy resin, from the DRY UTILITIES series, manufactured with ratings from 150kVA to 5MVA, in voltage classes up to 36.2kV, are specifically developed to meet the specifications of electric power utilities and are Energy Efficiency Transformers. They have low losses, which when capitalized over the transformer's lifespan, substantially reduce the total purchase cost of the equipment, as electricity consumption is much lower compared to a conventional transformer. They are recommended for application in industrial substations, commercial centers, data centers, and hospitals where there is a focus on reducing energy consumption and in locations that require practicality, safety, performance, and reliability for critical loads. Manufactured with advanced technology, meeting ABNT NBR standards requirements, produced with modern equipment, employing certified materials and production processes guaranteed by ISO 9001:2015 standards. The application of DRY UTILITIES series Dry Transformers, in addition to reducing electricity consumption due to low losses, also results in greater safety and economy, allowing their use near the load center, reducing low voltage installation costs, and improving performance. They also eliminate expenses with other items such as explosion-proof environments, fire doors, drains for collecting insulating liquid, and containment barriers.

Construction
Magnetic core made of special high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel laminations, step-lap cut, ensuring low no-load losses and reduced noise level. HV and LV windings made with high-purity aluminum conductors and continuous winding, minimizing mechanical stresses, windings encapsulated in epoxy resin under high vacuum, thus eliminating the presence of microbubbles, minimizing the partial discharge index. All Transformers are tested according to ABNT NBR 5356-11 standard and shipped with their respective test reports.
